So your abroad for awhile and you are missing some big sporting event like the NFL Superbowl, BCS title game, etc.

Justin TV:Is a user content site that people post movies, TV, web cams, sports to their channels. Any large event will be on it but you can get locked out of a channel if its too busy.
UStream: Same principal as JTV.
Locally:
If you are abroad and there is an expat community of size, there might be a meeting spot to watch sporting events from your country. If there is a expat email list, facebook group or newspaper, it will be listed there.
